Buddy Comms runs great on Windows and requires very little configuration. Follow these steps to get up and running quickly.
Your browser may warn you that the file is potentially dangerous. The reason is due to Buddy Comms being
unrecognized because it is so new. It may also warn you that the publisher is unknown.
This is due to the installer not being digitally signed. In either case, it is safe to download and run the installer.

While the installer is downloading, make sure your playback and recording devices are properly configured.
They probably already are but it does not hurt to take a quick look.
This is done by opening the Windows Control Panel and clicking Sound. Within the Playback and Recording tabs, you will
see your devices. The default device has a green checkmark icon. To change the default device, right click a
device and select Set as Default Device. Buddy Comms uses your default playback and recording devices to play and record audio.
Launch the installer (Buddy_Comms_Windows_Installer.exe) once it has finished downloading.
Look in your downloads folder if you cannot find it. The icon looks like this,
Windows User Account Control might prompt you for permission during the installation.
Click Yes to allow the installation to proceed.
Proceed through the installer. The default options should be fine. There is no crapware bundled with the installer.
Launch Buddy Comms (there should be an icon on your desktop). Proceed through a quick introduction. Allow Buddy Comms to help configure your audio settings.
